Colfax Marathon - May 18

The Temple Events Center sits exactly between the Westbound (Colfax Ave) and Eastbound (17th Ave) routes of the Colfax Marathon. This, as you might expect, will make travel to and from the 10am Uptown service a bit more challenging than usual!

Some information

The Race starts at 6am in City Park and one lane of Colfax Ave will be open in each direction during the race. The organizers will "roll up" the course as the last runners pass, meaning that Colfax will clear up the earliest, but the course is officially open until Noon. Crossing the the course to attend the Wash Park services will likely take a bit longer as well.

We don't really have any travel ideas or parking secrets to share with you, but knowing is half the battle, right?
